About me

Stacey Kornfeld, a native New Yorker, began her real estate career in the River Villages more than three decades ago. Having raised two daughters in Irvington, now 24 & 28, she understands the demands and pleasures of juggling everyday family life and work. Stacey is, in the purest of ways, a ‘people’ person. Her clients describe her as bright, upbeat and solution-oriented. Her vast experience and insight have guided many through the process of buying and selling. Stacey’s a sharp thinker with shrewd negotiating skills, which have greatly benefited those she’s worked with. She takes a keen and personal interest in each one of her clients. I decided to sell my townhome during the winter of 2015. I knew full well at that time that I "needed" Stacey to market and sell my home given her can-do attitude, her knowledge of Irvington and the Fieldpoint development.
 
Stacey sagely recommended a stager who was helpful, especially after my initial resistance, hired a terrific photographer who shot exceptional photos and marketed the home with deep experience  and priced it well. The home went on the market on St. Patrick's day and closed July 4.
